At the heart of Atlas is a simple, yet powerful belief – that the body is designed to heal, adapt and thrive when given the right support and guidance. For Dr Theresa, this isn’t just a philosophy, it’s a story that she has lived. Hailing from Germany, Dr Theresa’s journey into Chiropractic care began when she received Chiropractic treatment herself after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. The results were not just effective in restoring her health but it was transformative as it reshaped her future. Driven by curiosity and conviction, she relocated to the UK and studied Chiropractic. What began as a personal turning point, soon evolved into a professional calling. Returning to Germany, Dr Theresa spent seven years in Berlin, refining her clinical skills by earning experience in years. After specializing in Paediatric Chiropractic Care, her vision extended beyond borders, which prompted her move to India in 2022, to join Team Atlas in Bengaluru.
Dr Theresa’s journey with Atlas has been one of dedication and pioneering spirit. After contributing significantly to Atlas’ flagship clinic in Indiranagar between 2023 and 2026, she played a key role in establishing a unique concept at Atlas – the first family-focussed Chiropractic Clinic in India, that is located in Kasturinagar, Bengaluru. Here, care isn’t just individual – it is generational.
Inspired by her mother’s work as a Midwife and Homeopath, Dr Theresa developed a deep appreciation for the importance of care from the onset of life. Today, she works with newborns, children, pregnant women as well as male and female adults alike, supporting families as interconnected systems rather than isolated individuals. She believes that when families align their health together, the impact is not only immediate, but rather long lasting. For Dr Theresa, Chiropractic Care is not just about relieving discomfort – it’s about unlocking a body’s potential to achieve optimal development and resilience, nurturing wellbeing and supporting a life lived in alignment. After all, her philosophy is to support a person’s ability to experience life to the fullest ‘not just to survive, but to thrive.’
